July 4, 2020 Lunar Eclipse in Capricorn

Dearest Friends, Saturday July 4 at 9:44 PM PDT/ Sunday July 5 at 0:44 AM EDT, we are experiencing the final eclipse of this series of three (June 5, June 20/21). The last time we had three eclipses back to back was in July-August 2018. The next time, will be in June-July 2029.

This final Lunar Eclipse in the Cancer/Capricorn axis which began in July 2018, will be visible in North and South America, as well as in the Western parts of Europe and Africa.

All this while we are still happily experiencing 5 (out of 10) retrograde planets, including Mercury in Cancer (until July 11), Jupiter (until September 12), Saturn (until September 28), Pluto (until October 3) and Neptune (until November 28).

And if that weren't enough, Saturn is also back in Capricorn for the last time (July 3- September 28)!

We are truly living exceptional times. As the world is literally going to hell, it may feel like we are suffocating in darkness. In many ways we are, but not so much because there is more of it, but because it cannot remain hidden any more. The bad, the worse, the ugly and the evil are all bubbling to the surface to be released once and for all.

This Lunar eclipse at 13º38' Capricorn could turn molehills into mountains, revealing anger, impatience, intolerance -even fanaticism- and violence. Restrictions could once again close down on us making it a struggle to keep a balanced viewpoint.

Extreme emotional highs and lows are destabilizing, pushing us to oscillate between assertion and apathy. Should we follow our thoughts? Or should we trust our feelings? Social unrest, as well as the fight for human justice and individual rights could reach such heights that some may be tempted to completely opt out.

The Saturn, Jupiter, Pluto conjunction in Capricorn we are dealing with this whole year happened last in 1894 BC and will happen next in 2755 AD. More specifically, the Saturn-Pluto conjunction occurred three other times in the last century: in 1914 at the beginning of WWI, in 1947 after WWII and in 1982 during the Great Depression. In many ways, we are now engaged in WWIII, just not the kind of war, -at least not in our latitudes- that involves a country against another with tanks and soldiers, but a much more insidious war, a war for our souls, a war between light and darkness, between good and evil, between honoring our Goddess' Creation and aiming at its utter destruction. We are right in the middle of this decisive 2017-2022 "end" period that will find its resolution in the Saturn-Uranus Square (the old versus the new).

Feeling sorry for ourselves, blaming others, our governments or the world for seemingly conspiring against us, may be easy, but isn't constructive.

Neptune retrograde in Pisces indicates to me that the corona came from the depths of the ocean and was likely caused/transmitted by oil spills. Discernment is essential. We could be subjected to many conflicting stories under the guise of "news" that are twisting our minds rather than giving us the truth. More than ever do we need to listen to our intuition. What doesn't feel right, simply isn't, and we should trust our inner voice.

Mercury retrograde in Cancer, is bringing back the concept of lock down, starting with business related to food (bars and restaurants). It is confronting us with issues around money, family, censorship and security. Is the ultimate safety remaining quiet, wearing masks and staying 6 feet away from each other, or is it building our immune system by ditching our TV, being happy and positive and finding peace within? More than ever, do we need a community of like-spirited, enthusiastic, trustworthy, spiritual friends. We change the world by changing ourselves. When we stand in our power, all else follows.

Pluto retrograde in Capricorn causes tremendous irritation, anger, violence and destruction. Nothing is as it seems. The extent of subversiveness is intense. Darker forces than we can even imagine, -the ones who are truly ruling governments, the faces of whom we have never seen-, are at work behind the scenes, coming up with "miraculous" solutions to the challenges they created, leading to even deeper problems, such as confinements that lower our resistance to viruses, invite domestic violence, and restrict -when they don't completely stop-, our ability to earn a living; vaccines that may have major unwanted and irreversible effects; presidential elections done by mail because we cannot leave our homes which allows all sorts of corruptions to take place....

They would have us strangled in fear, poverty and despair but that is without counting on the strength of our inner light, our faith and our love.

Saturn both back in Capricorn for the next 3 months and retrograde indicates profound changes in the balance of authority. On a personal level, we are required to restructure our lives, be clear on what is needed and what is not, reorganize our closets, put our finances in order, be disciplined in the pursuit of our goals and focus all our efforts into achieving what is important to us that makes us happy. The time has come to own our mastery and be strong in our truth. We are also encouraged to develop new, healthy habits that build our stamina and increase our resistance to infections. Drinking lots of water, eating healthy foods and exercising in harmony with our body, is a must.

Jupiter retrograde, also in Capricorn forces integrity. Integrity at government levels and for us personally. We have to walk our talk. We need to have the courage of our truth. It saddens me to see so many in our spiritual groups falling prey to the fear that is being drilled in our brains. Death has always existed. Eventually, all of us will die one day. And if we believe in reincarnation, -as I think all of you reading these lines do-, we shall be back, stronger, clearer, to continue our evolution. Far from limiting our scope of action, this understanding should entice us to live more fully with optimism and a desire to learn from the teachers of the past.

External laws opposing our deepest wishes, limitations to our self-expression, trouble in standing up for our own beliefs, are altering our thinking profoundly and changing the course of our life. We are being challenged to reveal our power, show our unique talents and create our own rules.

In truth, there are only two emotions: love and fear. Anxiety, doubt and uncertainty are transmuted by standing in our hearts. Negative beliefs are drowned with love. The fact that this eclipse coincides with the US independence day, may feel quite symbolic. A huge chance to reinvent our lives is upon us. Do we continue along the same lines or do we take a new direction and truly follow our bliss?

We have no choice but to resolutely move out of our comfort zone.

Times of intense change bring also a plethora of exciting ideas leading to fantastic opportunities. Our healing powers, our creativity, the gift of our teachings are being called upon. It is important that we rise in the face of adversity, adopt a lighter perspective, are warm, generous, positive, self-reliant and understanding. Speaking with confidence, acting with bravery and striking a good balance between stability and adventure, help us take more aggressive risks in forging our own destiny.

A healthy respect for ourselves and others based on realistic expectations as well as a proper judgement and discernment, enable us to empathize with, and fight for, those who need our compassion and strength. As we learn to value ourselves, we are able to inspire others with our wisdom. Developing harmonious relationships is essential, so that none of our actions are hindered, and peace is kept.

Wishing you a wonderful Lunar Eclipse! Pray well!
