June 10, 2021 Solar eclipse in Gemini

Following the May 26 Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius, on Thursday June 10 at 3:53 AM PDT, we shall witness a Solar Eclipse in Gemini (19ª47').

Because its chart reveals a predominant Mercury retrograde (until June 22nd), in its own sign Gemini, far from calming the world confusion, this eclipse will tend to intensify the reigning insanity.

Communication will become more active, about pretty much everything and anything in our immediate environment whether it be at school, with our siblings, our cousins, our neighbors. We could find that people have distorted thought processes, are vulnerable, easily deceived, anxious and insecure.

What is right is wrong, what is wrong is right, what is fake is true, what is true is fake. We have been served so many lies that even when faced with the truth most will be unable to recognize it. It may be safe to say that discarding half of what we hear helps us maintain a relative balance.

It should come as no surprise that all of a sudden the running themes of corruption, mental health and gender seem to dominate the news while we are being given poison both for our minds and our bodies.

Everything seems to be a blur these days leaving us vaguely lost. Secrets that have permeated every aspect of life are coming to the surface in the most shocking of ways. Misunderstandings abound leading to indecisiveness at best, paranoia at worst. Surrounded by elusive communications, evasions of facts, gross exaggerations, treacheries, scandals, conspiracies and lies perpetrated by psychic vampires and less than honorable power hungry beings who prey on our gullibility, is draining to our energy. More than ever do we need to avoid crowds and make our bodies strong naturally while using our common sense.

Egotistical, discontent, excessive behavior is ill-advised. So is reacting too quickly. It is important that we question our values and face our responsibilities. Even if we want more from life, learning to appreciate what we have can alleviate much of our present restlessness and frustration. Honoring our obligations and commitments is essential. Being selective with regard to whom we share our opinions with, cooperating with the authorities without betraying our beliefs, as well as acting from a place of contemplation, efficiency, discipline, good organization and reliability help us navigate with more ease and grace the highly volatile and restrictive circumstances that seem to be tightening their grip on us.

As the ground is shaking under our feet, throwing us off kilter, triggering our hypersensitivity and making us particularly impressionable, dreams of running away from it all could seem very appealing. Actually, retreating in a safe, peaceful bubble may not be such a bad idea! Moving, changing jobs to extricate ourselves from toxic, agressive environments and people is very necessary at this time, that we may pursue our own goals without having to compromise our truth. The challenges at hand are best solved by quiet meditation and creative imagination. We are ending one cycle and starting a completely new one.

The sudden, unexpected changes that we are being confronted with which wreck the secure order we had created for ourselves, present us with the perfect opportunity to release all the areas of our lives where the energy had become outdated or stuck. A very clear separation is occurring in humanity between those-who-are and those-who-are-not. We are likely to find that those who are not on our wavelength detach themselves naturally from us, while by affinity, we attract the like-spirited ones who strengthen our core. Projects created in collaboration with those who expand our consciousness are more successful than endeavors undertaken on our own. However, before investing any time or money, we should carefully weigh the pros and the cons.

Matters requiring concentration are appealing. This period is perfect for deepening our studies. Opening ourselves to new interests stimulates our idealism and encourages our independence. Progressive ideas are powerfully attractive, yet blind trust is dangerous. Choosing our battles is of the utmost importance. With wise discrimination, we can avoid pointless rebellion and remain alert to exciting, new opportunities that are either offered or self-created. Manipulations which would weaken our resolve and leave us shaking in fear, test our mastery, helping us develop a potential we may never otherwise have known to exist within us.

In these troubled times, cultivating tolerance, optimism, generosity, consideration and warmth helps us not only regain faith in the goodness of life but dream the world we want into being.
