Lunar Eclipse November 8, 2022

Eclipses always mark major turning points. Closely affecting the next 6 months of our lives, their repercussions last about 19 years.

Following the October 25 Solar Eclipse in Scorpio (2º), is the total Lunar Eclipse in Taurus (16º01') on Tuesday November 8, 2022 at 3:02 AM PST.

I am sure it will escape no one's attention that this eclipse happens exactly THE day of the US mid-term election. And if we combine this with Pluto returning to the exact same position it was occupying in the chart of the Declaration of Independence, and Pluto entering Aquarius in March 2023, we may start to see very clearly the unraveling of the United States of America as the superpower it once was. This Lunar Eclipse will create a huge rift within the US government. Unexpected revelations will rock society. Well hidden secrets will emerge in such a blinding light, they will be impossible to ignore or deny. A strong spirit of independence and the need for dynamic action, will agitate the people, motivating much rebelliousness worldwide.

Emotional tensions, instability, day to day fluctuations, as well as impulsive behaviors create extreme, sudden upheavals fueled by the need for change. Keeping our emotions in check could become a challenge. Deep seated feelings developed in our past are likely to get reactivated, causing erratic mood swings. We want to destroy circumstances that have been limiting us, and break constricting structures that had become too rigid.

A certain restlessness and unease accompany this eclipse. The "house" it falls in in our natal chart (picture of the heavens based on our birth date, time and place), indicates the area of our life that is ready for an overhaul. Conditions that have become stale, situations we have outgrown, or that no longer offer the emotional support we need, are shaken to the core. These sudden changes are all the more scary that they threaten our very security.

Alienation from family members, relationship interferences, a need to move, and a total aversion to any form of conformity, could make us suddenly pick up and leave. These explosive attacks on comfortable patterns of behavior force us to let go of what had become obsolete, create new domestic arrangements more in alignment with our true individuality, and discover our true potential.

We may unexpectedly move to a different home. Our domestic circumstances could become unusual with all sorts of interesting people walking in and out. A significant relationship may end abruptly. New, sudden financial conditions could emerge. We are being projected from what once felt familiar, into strange conditions requiring the assimilation of completely fresh patterns matching what we really need.

Those sweeping visions of reform emerge all in divine timing. Hidden knowledge comes to the surface, providing the insights we need. We are likely to find that our intuition is particularly developed, our resourcefulness and originality are intensified, and newly discovered creative talents bring brilliant solutions to the wild fluctuations of day to day activities.

Setbacks, frustrations, unexpected obstacles could make us want to isolate ourselves. A certain mistrust caused by ulterior motives could set in. It is important however that we do not withdraw into our shell out of fear, anxiety, self-pity, unhappiness, discouragement, and lack of self-confidence. This would only increase the deterioration of our relationships, and delay the achievement of our goals. The only way to find happiness and face each day with faith and optimism, is by leaving behind us distressing memories of the past.

Unconscious emotional patterns may distort our ability to think objectively and communicate clearly. We may take criticism very personally. The conflict between our emotional desires and mental considerations could make us unsure of our decisions and lead to confusion. If we avoid talking about things of no importance, and don't waste money on unnecessary items, this eclipse, can show us the way to restructure our mind by integrating our heart.

Our need for material security is increased, yet could also reveal an excessive attachment to financial stability and the accumulation of objects. It is not advised at this time to take any financial risk.

Withholding our affections could be a way to protect the excessive emotional vulnerability this eclipse brings out. We could be overly sensitive to feeling unloved and unappreciated. But if we can face those emotions with honesty and courage, we shall find that we are getting a whole new lease on life. At this juncture, our vulnerability is our strength.

Major breakthroughs occur that expose aspects of our life that were buried. This eclipse frees us from illusions and projects us into The Truth.

Wishing you a powerful Eclipse day.

In Loving Light.
