In the South, the first direction of the Medicine Wheel, you will embark on a powerful journey of inner and outer transformation. As Serpent sheds his skin, you will begin releasing your past. As you will receive the 7 archetypes (organizing principles of the universe), much will start shifting inside of you. Coming in touch with your core wisdom and memories of ancient initiations, you will be given the power to choose your own destiny.
Whether you wish to start a new career, are interested in adding more tools to your existing healing practice or you just want to know yourself better and transmute ancient karma, this School is for you.
The teachings are based on what I learned from the Q’ero Master Shamans in Peru, as well as knowledge coming from my native Finland, the land of the Shamans. In the Kalevala, the epic story of the Finns, it is related that the Ancient Ones knew how to tie wind and turn their drums into magical instruments of power.
The online School takes place on zoom (free download on: https://www.zoom.us) from the comfort of your own home.
Schedule: Each of the 4 days will start at 8 AM PST (11 AM EDT/5 PM CET/6 PM EET) and end at 2 PM PST (5 PM EST/11 PM CET/midnight EET). It is recommended that you keep the rest of the day free to integrate and get some restful sleep.
Breaks: 1/2h for coffee and 1h for lunch/dinner.
Teachings: These 4 days will each include two 90 minutes explanations of the principles of shamanism as well as demonstrations of healing practices by Michelle.
Hand-outs/ Recordings: related to the specific healings covered on each day, will be emailed to the participants those very evenings.
Practice: In break-out rooms and under the supervision of Michelle, you will get to do some remote practice of the techniques learned that day. After class, you might get a small assignment to do some personal inner work (reflecting, putting order in your notes, sand painting, journaling, dreaming…).
The 4 days of studies in the SOUTH will teach us, among other techniques, how to:
open sacred space
do a sand painting
perform an Illumination to balance our chakras
use Cutis for energy
perform a fire ceremony
journey to the underworld
start creating your mesa (power bundle) and caring for it.
I shall also share the rites and initiations associated to the South and make this ancestral wisdom clearer and more accessible to our Western consciousness. To honor the ancient ways, the program is fixed but not rigid, fitting the needs and levels of the participants.

The teachings will be in english. Kindly note that in order to graduate and become a practitioner yourself, you will need to take all 4 levels in the following order:
South: March 7-10, 2024 (Zoom)
West: April 2024 (Zoom) exact dates to be decided with the class participants
North: June 2024 (Zoom) exact dates to be decided with the class participants
East: September 2024 (Zoom) exact dates to be decided with the class participants
The exact dates of the West, North and East will be decided with the students of the class. If needed or desired, you may continue your progression through the Medicine Wheel in another West, North or East either online, in person in Phoenix* (if available) or in Helsinki* (if offered).
